• ESSENTIAL Essay Seminars & College Application Support

• 1-DAY ESSAY Seminar

  This essential seminar lays a foundation for understanding and excavating the college essay. It is a Zoom workshop designed to help a student understand the expectations of personal statement and supplemental essays. Includes guided prewriting documents and model essay exploration.

• APPLICATION and ESSAY COACHING SERVICES: a la carte or discounted packages

  The personal one-on-one coaching sessions include “live” meetings as well as my editing services between meetings. Remote and in-person essay editing services are via Zoom, shared Google Docs, and phone calls. Editing services offer general observations and suggestions at both the early stages and throughout the process.  

  Coaching and editing sessions vary on the individual. To ensure a student’s voice and personality is evident the student needs active and purposeful engagement (stick to due dates, promptly respond to emails and texts). It is expected that a student actively engages in the pre-writing activities and independently and thoroughly completes the drafting stages in a timely manner. 

• TUTORING: Middle School - graduate school

  One-on-one tutoring services via Zoom, shared Google Docs, and phone calls. If local, I also offer in-person services.
